You made it through Thanksgiving - yay! Now comes the stress of Christmas - pretending you like the gift from your auntie, spending too much money on travel, and dodging invasive questions from a family member who’s somehow related to you. Not to mention the lingering stress from the election and the whirlwind of 2024. So if you find yourself struggling to feel jolly, no worries sis - so do we. Come to a space where you can take your mask off, breathe, and process all the tension, thoughts, and feelings around this time. We’ll pray, practice mindfulness, journal, and all the things together. You’ll get a take-home guide on how to keep managing holiday stress, too.
