Thanksgiving Processing Space

Our Thanksgiving Processing Space is a time for gentle reflection and care

Black woman with her hair in a bun and a thick hairband covering her hairline. She is looking pensively off to the side with her hands clasped in front of her mouth. She wears an oatmeal sweater.

Come regulate your nervous system and de-stress with prayer, mindfulness, and support during the holiday season.

Having a hard time feeling grateful? You’re not alone. Post-election stress now meets Thanksgiving stress, so let’s breathe together sis. Come to a space where you can take your mask off, breathe, and process all the tension, thoughts, and feelings around this time. We’ll pray, practice mindfulness, journal, and all the things together. You’ll get a take-home guide on how to keep managing holiday stress, too.

December 1st, 7pm EDT on Zoom

Price: pay-what-you-can. There’s no set amount in order to attend this event. The lowest amount needed for registration is $1. The suggested amount is $10.
